1-HCA/Support Workers & Cleaners
We are looking for more HealthCare Assistant and Support Workers. To be Considered for this post, no previous experience is required as we will provide training from GSCE that would make you fit for the placement.

Pre-requisites
1-Able to write and Communicate effectively in English Language
2-You must be of good record keeping
3-You must be neat
4-You must be good at time keeping
5-You must be Punctual
6-You have an Interest in Caring for People
7-You must be able to provide for Dignity & Privacy of Service Users
8-Confidentiality(Able to keep record of care)
9-Able to Care for Clients undergoing “End of Life” Care

2-Staff RNM & RGN
1-Registered with NMC(Nursing & Midwifery Council) with PIN Number
2-Able to maintain good Communication with Service Users
3-Equipped with good record Keeping
4-Able to acquire more training while on-the-Job
5-Able to Serve, dispense Medication preventing errors
6-Able to support Services users unable to Eat
7-The Staff should be able to assist in dressing and undressing of Service Users
8-Able to represent Service users in MDT Meetings, CPA and discharge meetings
9-Able to update Care Plan Or Support Plans.
10-Able to recognise Risk and write robust Risk assessment to prevent them
11-Able to write daily report and involve in Charging ward and handing Over.
