The above company was employed by me to provide care for my 96 year Old mother in 2022. I can vouch for their efficient and patient care of my mother with her increasing needs. She went from being a bit frail to being almost bed-bound and needing to be fed and helped with all aspects of personal care. She also developed a level of dementia.

The company assessed my mother and sent appropriate staff to care for her. They also kept me informed of any developments and extra requirements. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who showed kindness and patience and good training when looking after my mother. They kept careful records of every visits.

At one point one of the carers came when off duty to help me lift my mother after a fall. Another one accompanied her to hospital when I was unable to go.

When my mother’s care package required a doubling of carers to attend her at each visit, Yomi and Nike were able to arrange this straight away. They even filled slots themselves to make sure there were no gaps in care.

I have full trust in Yomi and Nike and their staff’s capabilities and recommend their service.
